"takata recall" - letter received from Lincoln motor co. That airbags could explode in the event of a crash that causes the deploy of airbags. We would be notified when parts are available. No calls from the company. I have called numerous times during the last six months, still parts not available. Lincoln sent an update in May 2018 that we could rent a vehicle up to $45 per day. I do not want to rent a vehicle, especially for an unknown amount of months. I have finished paying for a vehicle that could have killed my family. Why is it taking so long for the parts to come in? also, we were deceived, because we were never told that if deployed, the airbags could explode causing death to the passengers in the vehicle. I bought the Mkx brand new in 2009 - so from 2009 to 2018 my family was in danger. We need help!
