The contact owns a 2007 Lincoln Mkx. While driving approximately 45 mph, the contact heard a loud explosive sound. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and discovered that the sun roof exploded. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer and dealer were not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 258,000.
