This is an issue that seems to be a problem with any of Ford's Ecoboost engines. The water pump is located internally so we don't have any way of knowing pump is leaking until it starts to overheat. Was told by my Ford/Lincoln dealership that it was going to cost $3700 to replace water pump and other parts such as timing belt. $3700 for a water pump on a car with 111k miles on it.
