Who in their right mind would put a known wearable part like the waterpump in a place where WHEN it fails, will contaminate the engine oil with coolant. As anyone knows, when your engine oil looks like cappuccino, the engine is a loss. Turns out this is a massive issue on all Ford V6 Duratec engines. It is recommended that you replace the waterpump every 65k miles. At $1200 to replace the water pump... just drive it off a cliff! If you own a FoMoCo vehicle with the Duratec V6...get rid of it FAST before the water pump takes out your engine. If you don't believe me do some research or wait for the catastrophic failure to take place.
