After the Ford Service did a full over haul on front and rear brakes my brakes went completely out. After about two weeks from service I was pulling up to an intersection and had no brakes. I pumped brakes as quick as I could and was able to pull over and stop. Luckily I was only going about 35 and it was during a slow traffic time.
After getting the car back to Ford service I was completely left with no brakes and they said it was a seal that had broken but was not because of them fixing the car. They fixed the brakes but then the brakes had a terrible grinding noise. They spend 2 weeks trying to fix the brakes because they couldn't get them calibrated correctly. My kids don't even want to ride in the car because they are so scared of what might happen and I don't blame them as i am not sure of its reliability either.
