The vehicle with less than 73000 kms was not covered by warranty for something that I am told by Lincoln Concierge as unique. When I reported this to Lincoln I was told that will assist in payment book to car and we will talk to the dealer. I did this but then was told because I took it to a FORD dealer that only the FORD representative could handle this. In the end the Ford representative will send a voucher for $350 dollars to be used only at a FORD dealer. I will never buy another Lincoln this is very poor service for a part costing $22.96 but a labor cost of $715.00. Shame on Lincoln for a poor design and poor support.
