Drove vehicle for a while hearing sloshing sounds from rear sides of car. Water leaked from bottoms of both rear doors when opened. horn blowing, door locks popping up and down, headlights and illuminated entry panel flashing on and off and moving through numbers w/o fob present. Locked vehicle, went into store and returned to find car going ballistic....horns, lights flashing, doors unlocked. Ultimately peeled back rubber seal at door bottoms and water ran out of both doors for considerable amount of time. Internal door components submerged in water for long period of time. Still under warranty, took to Richmond Ford Lincoln, where it was kept for (4) days, purportedly opening door drains. Appears door designed to allow water to flow through insides of doors and drain from bottom of doors. Problem sill present, not repaired. Ford has not provided p'work showing what was done and has not returned calls. Entry/Security/Lock Systems went haywire today at DC Zoo, while we were inside park. Returned to find system flashing and horn blowing w/all doors unlocked. Doors lock automatically when pulling off from park and initially driving, but unlock by themselves while driving in traffic. Cannot depend upon car's security/locks staying deployed when away from car, or depend upon the doors remaining locked while traveling in traffic w/kids in rear. Anyone experience any similar probs?.
