2011 mks ecoboost 3.5 car has been nothing but problems since getting it. has had brakes done 5 times, steering column change, transmission has been repaired twice, column filler been change twice, collision warning repaired, rear carpet change, sunroof opens by itself 5 times already can not find problem can not fix it. ford told me there is nothing they can do. shity customer service. globle had to be disconnected for the sunroof , water would not drain in rr door car is a real piece of crap do not by a for they do not stand behind it. also one other thing they say i need brake pads again they where just replaced 5000 miles ago and they want me to pay.
Update from Jan 25, 2013: also collision warning light comes on in which they can not fix been in shop 6 times for this ford has given me a had time abot this .they will not stand behind there product .i just want out of my lease it has about 9 months left
