The contact stated that while at the dealer for routine maintenance, the mechanic discovered multiple wheel lug nuts had swollen and the wheels could not be removed using the standard wrench supplied by the manufacturer. The contact indicated that the failure was present on each of the four wheels. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The contact was informed that the lug nuts needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 50,400.
