Summary: Some 2017-2018 Fusion/MKZ/MKC/MKX/Continental with all audio systems and 2017-2018 Escape with Sony audio systems may exhibit an inoperative speed compensation volume feature. Do not attempt any repairs at this time. Engineering is investigating, monitor OASIS for updates.
