The contact owns a 2004 Lincoln Ls. In may of 2009, the contact's vehicle swerved off the road and struck a culvert. The entire front end was damaged; however, the air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed and the contact was injured. He feels that this is a serious safety issue. The speed was unknown. The failure mileage was 32,165.
The contact owns a 2004 Lincoln Ls. While driving approximately 25 mph, the contact swerved to miss an animal and struck a telephone pole on the front center of the vehicle. The driver side air bag deployed, but the passenger side air bag did not. There were no deaths or injuries. The vehicle was destroyed. The dealer was notified. The current and failure mileages were 33,517.
Consumer was driving when suddenly the passenger seat air bag deployed, causing injury to the passenger's arm. Consumer had just purchased the vehicle, and has reported the incident to the dealer.
