The contact owns a 2004 Lincoln Ls. The contact attempted to start the vehicle and realized that the battery was dead. The vehicle had to be jump started. When the engine is shut off for 24-36 hours, the battery dies. The contact spoke with the dealer and they replaced the battery twice, but the failure still continued. The current mileage was 36,500 and failure mileage was 36,400.
