The vehicle was a great driving car when bought used. Noticed that it always had a slight hesitation when shifting into Reverse. It continued to get worse and finally while driving down the road the transmission decided it didnt want to shift through gears anymore. Transmission was bought from Ford for $1700 and installed for $300. The first transmission from Ford that was installed, when shifting into reverse the car would hesitate and jump hard into gear. Ford covered the installation and removal for the first transmission thank God. In total it cost about $2000.
