The contact owns a 2001 Lincoln Ls. The contact stated that while traveling 25 mph, a loud noise was heard and the seat belts seized abnormally. The contact also stated that the air bag warning light was illuminated prior to the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted.
