The jack provided with the vehicle collapsed after tire was removed allowing the car to crash to the ground. I was not near the car at the time when this happened. After examing the jack, the jack was bent in half. This is a scissors type jack, was not extended very high as this car sits low to the ground.the quality and strenght of the jack is questionable. Fortunately, there was no injury and only damage to the rear disc which I intend to report to the dealer and Ford Motor Co.
