Dealership (after 5 days) says I have to break the window to get inside. We should've been WARNED about this! This is terrible. "deep sleep" mode kills ALL electrical functions. I have the app but that doesn't work. I have the keyless entry code, but that doesn't work in deep sleep mode.
REWIND. I would come outside and my trunk would be open as the key fob must rub into something in my pocket while I'm at work, out to eat etc. one time it happened, someone stole 3k worth of belongings so I started leaving the key inside, and using the myway app to start the vehicle, and the keyless entry code (or the app) to unlock the door. I have a BLACK LABEL 2018 Continental. After 3 days, 4 roadside assistant ppl FROM the Lincoln concierge, 2 locksmiths, a tow truck to take it to the Lincoln dealer, and even THE DEALER COULD NOT GET into the car. Not to mention the piss poor customer service I received from this dealer (4600 w broad st RVA). The dealer is the one that told me call the locksmith. 4 days later they call and say I have to come up there and break the window, because now the battery is completely dead. they don't want to break the window on my car. Plus I know where the fob is inside. Getting rid of this Lincoln. paid 62K for this.
