The contact owns a 2017 Lincoln Continental. The contact stated while driving approximately 65 MPH, the driver's side rear tire experienced a blowout. The blowout was on the middle of the tire. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact was informed that the tire failure was due to a rear axle and wheel misalignment failure. The dealer repaired the vehicle and replaced the tire; however, the failure recurred several times. The vehicle was then taken to another dealer who diagnosed a failure with the subframe bolts. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 10,000.
