Purchased this 2017 Continental back in Jan 19. I am still unhappy, and unable to find anyone who has the same complaint as myself until I read one on here, with identical problem. I have the base line Revel audio system, and totally unhappy with it for this type of car. The speakers just do not put out any bass, and I have taken it to best buy, and other car specialist, who tell me it is the way the radio breaks down the music, and there is nothing I can do. I just recently also noticed when I play with the fade to move more sound to rear of car, the level drops like there are no speakers back there. The only bass and good sound come from the front of the car.
When my car was just in the shop getting other repairs, I had a new MKZ which had good sound stereo. This made me check mine out more. I guess I will have to go back to dealer to see if this is covered. I did inquire once from the dealer, and all he said is there may be software upgrades... I am afraid I am going to have a nice car with a really s* sound system.
Has anyone else had to deal with this, and what was your outcome??
