The contact owns a 2004 Lincoln Aviator. While driving 50 mph, the passenger side front tire detached from the vehicle. The vehicle swerved into the left lane and almost collided with a trailer. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who discovered a metal shaving on the tire. In addition, the lug nuts failed and were the wrong size. The engine size was unknown.
