The contact owns a 2019 Lexus RX350. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 20V012000 (fuel system, gasoline). The contact stated that Lexus of queens (located at 40-40 northern blvd, long island city, NY 11101, (833) 457-3255) exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer had not been made aware of the issue. The part was not available for the repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
