WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY A LEXUS. They use inferior parts and equipment AND will not fix any of THEIR problems. * dashboard cracking ! I never received a notice of problem . Even if I had they would not have done anything because the problem only started in January of this year. MY car has always received the best of care and is in A+ condition except for Lexus and their use of cheap , inferior dashboard and outside trim. I have a list of government agencies that may make them do the right thing....replace dashboard. * SC Dept of consumer affairs * Bureau of consumer protection FTC * US Dept of Justice . Consumer protection Branch * BBB * National adult protective services * My attorney I am sure there are others but will start with these. PLEASE HELP ME WARN OTHERS NOT TO BUY LEXUS . They tried to tell me " if I had taken it only to Lexus for service I would have know about issue.
LEXUS CHARGES 3-4 TIMES THE AVERAGE RATE FOR ANY SERVICE. I WAS NOT NEAR ANY DEALERSHIP . LEAGALLY THEY CAN NOT FORCE YOU TO USE LEXUS DEALER FOR SERVICE!!!
IT'S A SCAM!!! THEY KNEW PARTS WERE SUB STANDARD AND WOULD CRACK BUT KEPT IT A SECRET. WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
