Dealer says noise is normal ... my 2015 RX did not have this problem, nor did the loaner RX. It's no problem on my 2013 ES.

The ventilated seats on the new RX 350 are the worst in the business. The seats do not ventilate where you would expect them to. They ventilate on the in the front portion of the bottom seat (where you sit) and only the top portion of the backrest part of the seat. These areas are rarely the part that require ventilation. If I had known how terrible the ventilated seats were I never, never, never would have purchased this vehicle!!! If you want ventilated seats avoid this vehicle at ALL COST.

If you don't like ventilated seats, then this vehicle is a good choice.
