The contact owns a 2015 Lexus RX350. While driving 60 mph, the contact's sun roof exploded. The explosion was so loud that the contact drove off the road. There were no injuries and no crash. The vehicle was taken to nalley Lexus (980 mansell rd, roswell, ga 30076, (404) 994-4325) where it was determined that it would not be repaired due to warranty issues. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 36,600. The VIN was unknown.
