The contact owns a 2013 Lexus RX350. The contact stated that the vehicle emitted an abnormal odor which caused the occupants to become ill. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the odor was caused by moisture build up around the air conditioning filter but no remedy was available for the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 15,000.
