The vehicle failure mileage was 100,000 and the approximate tire failure mileage was 4,000.

Lexus Rx 450H. 2010. Was purchased brand new from the dealership. All maintenance was performed at the same dealership the car was purchased. Single owner. Twenty months later (at 34,000 miles) all 4 tires are no longer good at the inner edge. Two possibilities: 1) the tires were bad quality; 2) the dealership failed to balance and rotate the tires. For safety, I had no other choice to change them. I am very dissatisfied.

Firestone tire 235/75/19 dueler H/L 400 tire has hair line splits on side wall that cause tire to go flat. This is a new Lexus RX450 with only 2,800 miles, car did not bump a curb, pot hole or been in a accident. Lexus auto dealer will replace the tire at a cost to me.
