2007 Lexus RX350. Consumer writes in regards to floor mat recall the consumer stated he complied with the recall and took his vehicle to the dealer. However, when he returned to the dealer, he discovered two holes were in the existing carpet and nothing had been replaced. The recall letter stated that Lexus would replace the floor carpet cover with a different one of a different shape as well as both forward and rear retention clips.
2007 Lexus RX350. Consumer states stuck accelerator and run away car caused an accident. The consumer was involved in two accidents. The second accident was a simple rear end collision. However, after being hit, the vehicle accelerated and the consumer had to apply extreme pressure to the brake pedal to make it come to a stop.
