The contact owns 2007 Lexus rx 350. While the contact drove approximately 20 mph, in order to prevent a crash with the vehicle in front of her she applied the brakes and the vehicle did not stop causing a crash to occur. There were no injuries or police report filed. The front end of the vehicle was damaged. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a dealer or a local mechanic to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 43,400.

While driving 45 mph on a curved ramp when the contact applied the brakes they failed causing her to lose control of the vehicle crashing into a ramp wall and the vehicle rolled over. The drivers side front air bag didn't deploy. The contact received injuries to the face, mouth, and body. The investigator found the right front rotors fractured. Nevada state police report nhp0705110020 was filed. The failure and current mileages were 10,000.

The contact was driving approximately 15 mph on normal road conditions; howevr, immediately after approaching a traffic signal he had to engage the brakes with aggressive force several times. The vehicle failed to slow down and rear ended the proceeding vehicle. The police was called to the scene. There were no injuries or damages to the vehicle. The vehicle was driven with caution to the residence and towed to an authorized dealer. The technician refused to inspect the vehicle and informed him that the manufacturers engineer would perform an investigation. The malfunction has not been determined at this time. The failure mileage was 57,000. The VIN was unavailable.
