melting lexus dashboard endless runaround by lexus to fix

Toyota melting dashboard on millions of cars. Enhanced Warranty sent out in Late 2014. Been on 2 Lexus Dealer lists for over two years and still being told "no parts available from Lexus" and "we haven't started yet on the RX's". Called world's largest Lexus dealer JM Lexus again today and no parts, no timetable, no answers... Doesn't appear to be a dealer issue, but 100% a Toyota issue.

Complete joke and runaround from Toyota. The dashboard looks like swiss cheese. Millions of Lexus owners have lost thousands in resale value while getting the runaround from Toyota, Lexus and the dealers. They only sent out the enhanced warranty in late 2014 due to numerous complaints and lawsuits. Toyota should compensate owners lost value of resale due to

When I purchased last luxury car in 2015, did not even look at Lexus/Toyota due to this and other recent major recalls and lack of truthfullness from company.
