There are obstructions in the accelerator pedal area. My husband wears a size 12 shoe. When he presses down on the pedal to accelerate quickly, the right side of his shoe encounters an obstruction. He moves his foot over to the left a little and can get the pedal down but then the tip of his toe gets caught in a bolt or something above the top of the pedal. We have contacted Lexus and they are unwilling to do anything. This is a serious safety concern!!!
