While driving at about 25 miles an hour my car suddenly sped up. I was approaching a very busy street Afraid it would collide with another. vehicle I quickly turned left and crashed into a tree on the medium.

The contact owns a 2019 Lexus Nx 300H. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at approximately 25 mph, a truck passed on the driver's side of the vehicle and the driver heard an abnormal sound with a warning message which stated that the driver's door was ajar. The driver pulled over and opened then closed the window. The vehicle was taken to classic Lexus located at (2551 som center rd, willoughby hills, oh 44094) for a test drive however, no failure was determined. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 7,400.
