The contact owns a 2016 Lexus Nx200T. The contact stated that upon placing the gear shifter into reverse, the ABS actuator failure warning message appeared on the instrument panel. The contact took the vehicle to Lexus carlsbad (5444 paseo del norte, carlsbad, ca 92008) where they determined that the ABS actuator was defective and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 84,000.
