Some 2013 model year LS 460 and LS 460L Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) vehicles may exhibit bunching in the passenger side front floor mat due to incorrectly mounted locating grommets. The grommets may have been installed too far apart, creating a slight bulge in the floor mat between the grommets when the floor mat is installed. Use the following procedure to address this condition.
