The contact owns a 2010 Lexus LS460. While driving approximately 5 mph, the vehicle suddenly accelerated independently until crashing into a post. The contact was not injured. The vehicle was later taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician was unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available.
