My 2010 Lexus LS 460L was driving very smooth and quiet, after I have an engine misfire on engine number four and brought it to Lexus of Westminster in California for a repair. After I got the car back, right away I notice the car vibrate at the speed between 30 mph and 40 mph. I brought the car back and complained, they insist my wheel needed to be balance. After I have it balanced twice, one with normal balance and one with road force balance, the car still vibrate.
I brought it to an outside repair shop for them to checked, they said the drivetrain is off balance. The only way to fix it is to replace the whole driveshaft and they still not sure if it gonna fix the problem. Since then, I decided to drive the car as it. Now my car don't drive and feel like LS 460 like it design to be. I don't know what Lexus of Westminster did to my vehicle for five days it in the shop, but I'm sure from now on I will not bring my car there or leave it over night.
