The contact owns a 2008 Lexus LS460. The contact stated that the vehicle had problems with overheating. It would also not accelerate when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who staed that the radiator overflow tab clip had been broken by the dealer who had performed a recall repair and it was super glued back on. The contact was also informed that a new radiator was needed. The contact called the manufacturer who offered no assistance. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
