2007 Lexus ls 460. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle dashboard, interior door panels cracking/ or sticky/ melting as a result of heat or humidity. Consumer states replacement parts still not available for repairs. The consumer stated he has been receiving letters over the past six years regarding the problem.

The dash board surface has become gummy and the reflection of the shiny, gummy surface on the windshield very frequently affects the visibility and impairs my capacity to see safely, specially on very sunny days. There has not been an incident yet, but I wanted to report this because I am afraid of the potential danger of an accident due to impaired visibility. I began noticing the dashboard's surface deterioration about two years ago, when the warranty had already expired.
