Was driving down one of the many freeways in the Houston area when, just as I was getting to the top of the ship channel bridge the car's engine froze mid stream. The engine locked up and thank goodness I was traveling at a decent rate of speed where I coasted to a safe place on the other side of the bridge and was able to get out and call for towing. I only had the car for a couple of year where I replaced one of the ignition coils and the radiator when the engine locked. Had it towed to my mechanic who confirmed the problem. Had read nothing but good things about this automobile and was a member of the Lexus forum online.
