I purchased a 2014 Lexus Is 350 F sport from fort worth brothers, llc/alfa romeo Fiat in fort worth, Texas on July 20, 2018. I noticed the next day while driving the car at highway speeds that when applying the brakes, there is a "rumbling/grinding" noise and the car was hard to stop. I went back to the dealership the next day and told them. They checked the car and said they found nothing wrong and that they resurfaced the rotors. When I left the dealership, I continued to have the same problems with the brakes. I also told them that the car "shimmied/shaking" and "vibrated" very badly while driving and that the car needed new tires. They told me they had put new tires on the car, when, in fact, they had not. I continue to have problems with the car riding with a "shimmy/shaking" feel while cruising at 30-40 miles per hour. I finally took the car to sewell Lexus on August 1, 2018. Sewell diagnosed the brakes and said the rotors were "warped" and alfa romeo Fiat had put aftermarket brakes pads on the car. Sewell Lexus resurfaced the rotors and the grinding noise is better, but still not 100% because of the aftermarket brakes paids on the car. I paid $190 out of my pocket to have the rotors resurfaced after having only purchased the car 2 weeks prior. I asked alfa romeo for reimbursement and they refused. They also refuse to put the correct brake pads on the car and they refuse to replace the tires. I reside in fort worth, Texas but work in arlington, Texas, so I drive 20 miles to work one way everudau. I have made numerous, repeated requests to alfa romeo to have these problems corrected, but they refuse. I should not have to pay money out of my pocket for these items especially since I just purchased the car on July 20, 2018.

While driving on a major highway, I needed the brakes to be applied very rapidly as a vehicle cut me off and immediately slammed on their brakes. Upon my full and rapid pressing of the brake pedal, the emergency brake force distribution system braking did not appear to apply as on previously vehicles I've had or have including two large SUV's. brake pedal was applied and pressed with full and complete force to the point that it no longer went any further. Continued in motion, no sliding, minimal ABS kicked in. And accident did occur as vehicle did not stop in time. Prior to and since then, I've paid more attention to the peddle pressure and level and sure enough, unless I prepump the peddle, the peddle must be pressed beyond what is considered standard. If I prepump the peddle, then drive, the braking is ultra sensitive. I urgently need an investigation into what is going on as I am prepared to sell the vehicle but would like to have a professional review, test, examine whatever is necessary to determine cause of such a brake pressure failure. It is repeatable, but need to know who to contact. What can be done immediately?
