Radio will change automatically by itself from radio to other source cd, change to sat and eject all cd's without touching anything.
Lexus stated they know this is a problem and it requires a swap out of the module (?). Usually happens earlier under warranty. Not in my case. Which module, not sure. They said I can purchase a rebuild unit for $850. Ouch!
Based on actions, may be circuit processor, loose connection, etc. Probably an easy fix.
