Since the purchase of this vehicle on March 25, 2017, two alignments have been done to this vehicle. Was told by the service center that this kind of vehicle in this particular model needs alignments at 5K miles, that would be at least twice a year. I was not inform of this information. Had I known this requirement, I would not have purchase this vehicle. Also, according to the Lexus manual, if the steering wheel steer to the left and/or right it is not normal and recommend to get an alignment done. In my case, the steering wheel seems find but the vehicle actually makes loud noise, the sound like the airplane about to take off or about to land that how loud it was and that's when I took it to the Lexus service center to get it serviced. To my surprised that the inner rear tires were so thin comparing to middle and outer edges and that it requires all 4 tires to be replaced. Bear in mind that I only have this car for less then two years. No one seems to have an answer when asked. Got the exact same response that this type of car is a "high performance" vehicle therefore it will go through tires. I am so sorry to say, but I have own a bwm 325ci for 14 years I only need to replace all of my tires twice and alignments twice and currently still running perfectly fine.
