The contact owns a 2010 Lexus Is 250. While the vehicle was at Lexus of westminster (13590 beach blvd, westminster, ca 92683, (714) 702-1849) for routine maintenance, the contact was informed that the dashboard was deteriorating and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the repair fees. The manufacturer was notified and did not assist. The approximate failure mileage was 113,000.
