The contact owns a 2009 Lexus IS250. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked and shut off when she shut the passenger side rear door and all of the doors locked. The contact also stated that the key fob was inside of the vehicle when the failure occurred. In order to re-enter the vehicle, the contact had to locate a spare key. The vehicle was not yet taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. The failure and current mileages were 70,000. The VIN was unavailable.
