I absolutely loved my car until the dashboard and doors started melting. I contacted Lexus and was told there was a recall but it has expired. That’s absolute bulls*%t!!! Lexus has had my current email address, phone and mailing address and I never received any notification nor did anyone at the dealership mention it when I went in to get the car serviced.
Completely disgusted with the customer service so far on this issue. My dashboard and doors are melting, sticking to everything that it rubs up against and it’s almost not even drivable at this point without ruining the car interior and anything that comes in contact. If anyone has had success getting Lexus to fix this, please let me know the steps taken. I’d hate to have to get a law firm involved. Thanks in advance.
