My touchscreen & Navigation were working fine. I had the Airbag recall done at Lexus Dealership and it was after that when I tried to use the touchscreen a couple weeks later that it was no longer working. I believe it's a wire issue (electrical issue) and those wires were disturbed when taking care of Airbag recall was performed. This issue came after other electrical issues.
2 months after my warranty expired the touch screen went out. Are you serious! This is a luxury 30k vehicle. I called the dealership and they told me they were aware of this problem and the only thing they could do is pay 50% of labor and parts. I told them absolutely not. This is their problem and they should cover all cost. Needless to say they didn't. Loyalty and excellent customer service is an abnormality that Toyota and Northside Lexus don't care to have and just don't care!
