On or about Dec 2nd,2010 two passenger side Michelin tires factory installed on a Lexus Hs 250 H blew out after the vehicle was driven 110 miles without hitting any object at a speed od 5-10 miles /hour.the brand :Michelin energy mxv S8 is not listed on your web site.Michelin and Lexus deny defects but google site has a long list of blow out of this brand of Michelin tire(energy mxv4 215/55/R17.Michelin and Lexus interfered/rejected independent examination of their defective tires.
The contact owns a 2010 Lexus HS250 hybrid with the original Michelin tires, line size 215/55/R17. The contact was entering a residential driveway at minimal speed when both passenger side tires blew. The dealer was contacted who advised the contact to call the insurance company or trade the vehicle in. The manufacturer offered to replace the tires but the contact declined. The failure mileage was approximately 110.
