Once again, our brakes failed on the Lexus GX. This time, the car hit our garage door (backing out) and continued a good 40 feet into a retaining wall. Luckily Lexus tells us the car is fine--just like last time. Have hired an attorney now...hopefully we'll get somewhere. Have owned many Lexus over the years, really shocked they are doing nothing to help.

Car's brakes failed twice in the same day--one time hit a retaining wall, once was able to use emergency brakes. Had care towed to Lexus. After 2.5 months without the car, they sent us a form letter that the car was fine. Now what. NEVER BUY A LEXUS!
