This cracked dash was recalled by Lexus, but I never received a recall notice. My car cracking dash happened after deadline for recall was expired. I called and complained twice. They took my information and called me back after 24 hours. They indicated deadline is over and will not repair it. It is a shame that I have to drive a SUV with cracked and sticky dash. I think I am getting sick with this melting dash. I do not know what else I can do. Thanks.
