When the driver struck a bump in the road, the vehicle dropped and the rear shock, right sensor, compressor, and rear air bags were damaged. The vehicle was repaired at the contact's expense. He feels that this is a safety defect. The driver hurt her jaw when the vehicle dropped to the ground. The failure mileage was 62,977 and current mileage was 63,000.
