secondary air injection system pump stuck off bank 1 failed
This is the second time this problem has happened to me within 6 years. Car would not accelerate more than 30 MPH and check and skid light stayed on with 4 LO light blinking. Lexus claims that the secondary air injection system pump stuck off BANK 1. Diagnosed and found air pump has failed and sent debris into air injection valves.
