I purchased my lexus certified from new country lexus of westport with 37,000 miles. Now I have about 50k and the transmission is acting up really badly, when you accelerate at low speeds the transmission shutters like you feel like you hit 3 speed bumps. When you finally get over 40mph the problem goes away. This is horrible that I took this car to the Lexus dealer for the 3rd time now, in a row, and they still can't solve this problem. I googled the problem and it all points to the torque convertor. Lets see what happens but I am never going to purchase a Lexus again. I have filed a complaint with Lexus Corporation so lets see what they do for me.
